Requirements for applying to the undergraduate program in Ireland:

General requirements for the scholarship programs:

Be a Saudi Arabian citizen
Getting the appropriate academic level for said program (i.e. high school cert.)
Having the appropriate certification for said academic level (i.e سجل آكاديمي)
Equating the certification to the Saudi equivalent if acquired from a foreign country
